About the role

Pure outbound SDR position within a fast-growing B2B company scaling its commercial team. You'll own pipeline generation from scratch through cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn — booking qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn)
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the ICP
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent daily outreach
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce

What they're looking for

  • Proven track record in outbound sales (cold calling, email, social selling)
  • Experience in outbound-first environments — not inbound-heavy roles
  • Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, German, or French
  • Results-oriented with a high level of ownership and self-drive

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS background
  • Exposure to RevOps concepts
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Lusha or similar platforms
