About the role
Pure outbound SDR position within a fast-growing B2B company scaling its commercial team. You'll own pipeline generation from scratch through cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn — booking qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn)
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the ICP
- Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent daily outreach
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce
What they're looking for
- Proven track record in outbound sales (cold calling, email, social selling)
- Experience in outbound-first environments — not inbound-heavy roles
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach
- Fluency in Spanish, English, German, or French
- Results-oriented with a high level of ownership and self-drive

- B2B SaaS background
- Exposure to RevOps concepts
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Lusha or similar platforms
